How much does 3D printing cost in Tenerife? Real prices 2026

“How much would it cost to print this?” That’s the first question we get on WhatsApp. The honest answer is “it depends”, but here we give you real figures and, above all, what makes a part cheap or expensive, so you know where to adjust.

Indicative prices by type of part

Type of partApproximate price
Small part (keyring, clip, stop, bracket)€5 – €15
Medium part (organiser, 10-15 cm figure, spare part)€15 – €40
Large or technical part (casing, mould, functional part)€40 – €120
Detailed resin miniature€8 – €30
3D design from photo or sketch (if you don’t have a file)€20 – €60

These are reference prices in Tenerife for 2026. The final quote is always free and we provide it within 24 hours.

What makes a 3D print more expensive (or cheaper)

The price isn’t arbitrary: it comes from five specific factors. If you understand these, you can adjust your part to pay less.

  1. Size and volume: this is the main factor. More material and more machine hours. A 20 cm part doesn’t cost twice as much as a 10 cm one, but considerably more.
  2. Infill: a decorative part is hollow (10-15% infill) and is cheap; a part that bears weight is almost solid (50-80%) and the price goes up.
  3. Material: PLA is the most economical; PETG, ABS and TPU cost a bit more; resin for maximum detail is the premium option.
  4. Post-processing: sanding, painting, sealing or joining large parts is manual workshop time — what shows up most on the invoice.
  5. Quantity: a run of 50 identical keyrings works out much cheaper per unit than a single one, because the design is paid for once.

Three ways to spend less without it showing

  • Adjust the size properly: many parts work just as well 20% smaller.
  • Choose the material by use, not by habit: if it’s decorative, PLA; don’t pay for resin “just in case”.
  • Batch orders: if you need several parts, printing them together saves on setup and delivery.
