Which appliance parts can be 3D printed
Almost any plastic part that doesn’t take a critical structural load:

- Lids, handles, stops and small hinges.

When printing works out cheaper than buying
Printing isn’t always the best call, but in the Canaries the scales often tip towards 3D printing:
- The part is discontinued: the manufacturer no longer sells it, so there’s no original to buy.
- Shipping takes weeks: a spare that reaches the mainland in 3 days adds customs, IGIC tax and waiting time out here.
- It’s only sold as a kit: you’re forced to pay 60 € for a whole assembly for one 3 € piece.
- You want to reinforce the weak point: when we redesign it in 3D we thicken the area that broke, so the new one outlasts the original.
If the spare is still in the catalogue, cheap and quick to arrive, we’ll tell you straight: buy it. Same if it’s a safety-critical part under heavy load.
With a file or just the broken part
If you have the file (STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ), we print straight away. Usually, though, you won’t have one — so we model the part from a photo, a sketch or the broken part itself (3D design is included, from 20-60 € depending on complexity). We choose the material by its job:

Frequently asked questions
Can you 3D print a discontinued part?
Yes. If the spare part is no longer made, we model it from a photo or from the broken part itself and print it in the right material. It is the most common fix for older appliances whose manufacturer no longer supports them.
My plastic spare part is broken and I can't find the original — what now?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp with a size reference next to it (a coin or a ruler). From that we assess whether we can reproduce the part in 3D, suggest a material and a price, and reply within 24 h.
Are printed parts as durable as the originals?
For most plastic parts, yes. We pick the material by use: PETG for the kitchen, ABS for mechanisms, TPU for flexible parts. And when we redesign them, we reinforce the spot that failed on the original.
