From your logo to the wall: how it’s made
The process is simpler than it looks:
- Your logo as a vector (SVG, AI, PDF) or a sharp image. From that we prepare the model.
- 3D modelling of each letter or shape, with the channel for the LED already built in.
- Printing in pieces: each letter is printed separately, which allows different colours and future repairs.
- Fitting the LED and diffuser for even light, no hot spots.
- Installation: in Tenerife we do it ourselves; to other islands we ship the kit with a template.
For interiors we use PLA or PETG; for outdoor façades, UV-protected materials (ASA) and sealed electronics. If the logo faces the street or the sea, it’s worth reading which sign survives the coastal climate.
